We're looking for you with the right car
Lower your maintenance costs and ensure the quality of car workshops!
We're looking for individuals who, in connection with maintenance, are willing to make their car available for our workshop test.
It's also called "Mystery Shopping," and your participation will involve us checking your car before and after service, as well as you are filling out a customer survey.
All checks are carried out on behalf of Bosch Sweden. They aim to strengthen their workshop service to you as a consumer, and we at DEKRA are hired to ensure that the checks are conducted impartially.
As a symbol of appreciation for your participation, compensation will be provided to you!
Further down on this page, there is information about participation for all car brands except Skoda, Seat, Cupra, Volkswagen, and Audi. If you have any of those car brands, you can instead read more here:

We're looking for you...
...who own a car and meet the following requirements:
If you own a car from the brand Skoda, Seat, Cupra, Volkswagen, or Audi, you can click

- The car should be 2-8 years old
- It should be time for maintenance according to the service plan/service indicator. At least inspection service, not just an oil change
- Services must be performed by a Bosch car workshop
- The offer also applies to company cars
Participants will receive compensation for their contribution.
Note! Common for all brands:
Registration of interest is not a guarantee of participation. We reserve the right to select cars that fit in terms of brand/model/workshop, etc.

It's important...
...that the workshop does not know which car is participating in the tests. So, you cannot register your interest with the current workshop. It's also important that the service time is NOT booked before you have been selected and contacted by DEKRA.

If you'd like to make your car available for our workshop test or so-called "Mystery Shopping," please submit an expression of interest using the button below.
For those selected, this means we'll check your car before and after service, and you'll fill out a customer survey. As a symbol of appreciation for your efforts, you'll receive compensation.
