The purposes of the treatment

  • Provision of our products and services (including providing access to information about inspection objects, time for inspection, etc.);
  • An updated record of customer representatives in our CRM system;
  • The use of our customer-related IT services and applications;
  • Make advertising and marketing mailings;
  • Customer surveys; and
  • Management and follow-up of our contractual obligations.

What personal data we process
We process personal data provided by yourself, your employer or third parties with whom we have a business relationship. In some cases, we also collect data from publicly available registers, authorities or institutions.
Personal data that we may process includes:
  • Contact information (such as name, telephone number, address and e-mail address and requests for contact method);
  • Organizational information (such as company name, title and workplace);
  • IT-related information (such as login details, passwords and data and logging of your use of our IT services and applications);
  • Social security number (when required for secure identification when paying on credit); and
  • Contract data (such as quotations, orders, confirmations and agreements with us).

To the extent that you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC. The responsible party for users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").

Scope of processing
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of our websites. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the US and saved there.
We use the technical enhancement "Google Signals", which allows cross-device tracking. This enables an assignment of an individual website visitor to different end devices. However, this only happens if the visitor has logged into a Google service when visiting the website and at the same time has activated the "personalized advertising" option in their Google account settings.
IP address anonymization is enabled. The reports provided by Google Analytics are used to analyze the performance of our website and the success of our marketing campaigns.
Storage period
The data sent by us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached, takes place automatically once a month.

It cannot be ruled out that US authorities may access the data stored by Google.
Third country transfer
Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA and there is no level of data protection equivalent to the European standard, we have concluded EU standard contractual clauses with the service provider to establish an appropriate level of data protection. The parent company of Google Ireland, Google LLC, is based in California, USA. A transfer of data to the USA and access by US authorities to the data stored by Google cannot be ruled out. The USA is currently considered a third country from a data protection perspective. You do not have the same rights there as within the EU/EEA. You may not be entitled to any legal remedies against access by authorities.
Right to withdrawal
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by changing the DATA PRIVACY SETTINGS. The lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation, remains unaffected.
You can also prevent the storage of cookies by changing your browser settings to prevent the saving of cookies. However, if you configure your browser to reject all cookies, this may result in a restriction of functionalities on this and other websites.
