Automated & Mechanized Testing
Safety in unsafe environments. Swimming robots in the reactor tank.
The aim is to increase the efficiency, precision and reliability of the testing process, as well as to reduce the risk of human error.
It's impossible to crawl into a wheel axle. It's dangerous to dive down into a reactor tank. It isn't cost effective to conduct manual testing in mass production. Special solutions are sometimes necessary to ensure safety. DEKRA has many years of experience in developing solutions for testing in difficult environments.
Automated and mechanized testing involves using technical systems to perform testing processes that would otherwise be done manually. This can include everything from transporting test objects and sensors to analyzing data and generating reports.
A big advantage for us is that we have all the various fields of expertise within the company. We coordinate development of electronics, mechanics and testing technology. The customers appreciate that we can deliver a complete solution.
