Lower your service costs and ensure the quality of the car workshops!

We are looking for you who, in connection with service, want to put your car at our disposal for a workshop test or so-called "Mystery Shopping". For more info on Mystery Shopping, read here…
This means that we check your car before and after service and that you fill in a customer questionnaire.
All inspections are carried out on behalf of the respective brand companies below. They want to strengthen their workshop service to you as a consumer, and we at DEKRA are hired to ensure that the checks are carried out impartially.

We are looking for you with the following cars:

Volkswagen Cars of all models

  • 1 to 8 years old
  • Between 25,000 - 210,000 km
  • It must be time for at least one inspection service
  • Even cars with a service agreement can participate
Applies to Volkswagen's authorized workshops
Compensation: SEK 1,500 - tax 30% = SEK 1,050

SKODA of all models

  • 1 to 8 years old
  • Between 25,000 - 210,000 km
  • It must be time for at least one inspection service
  • Even cars with a service agreement can participate
Applies to SKODA´s authorized workshops
Compensation: SEK 1,500 - tax 30% = SEK 1,050

Volkswagen Vans (transport vehicles) of all models

  • 1 to 8 years old
  • Between 25,000 - 210,000 km
  • It must be time for at least one inspection service
  • Even cars with a service agreement can participate
Applies to Volkswagen Transport's authorized workshops
Compensation: SEK 1,500 - tax 30% = SEK 1,050

SEAT of all models

  • 1 to 8 years old
  • Between 25,000 - 210,000 km
  • It must be time for at least one inspection service
  • Even cars with a service agreement can participate
Applies to SEAT´s authorized workshops
Compensation: SEK 1,500 - tax 30% = SEK 1,050

Audi of all models

At the moment, workshop tests are not carried out with privately owned cars.
ATTENTION! Applicable to all tests for Audi is that the entire test is carried out by a regional technician from DEKRA.
ATTENTION! The following applies to all brands:
Registration of interest is not a guarantee of immediate participation. To participate in the tests, service time is booked only AFTER you have been selected and contacted by DEKRA. We reserve the right to select cars that fit in terms of make/model/workshop etc.

It is important...
...that the workshop does not know which car is participating in the test. You cannot therefore register your interest with the workshop in question.
